What is the difference between School of Medicine and College of Medicine?

    That is just terminology used by the schools. Marketing hype. The important issue is accredation and faculty.

    There is no difference. It is just the language the institution chooses to use. You should focus more on what the program has to offer and how well it will prepare you for your career. In addition, look at the resources and teaching approach for med school.
