How safe is the Change of medicine for a tb affected lady?

Are taking the remister 4fdc (4 medicine daily), the pyrovit (1 daily), the multi vitamin and neoceptin r for the last 15 days to prevent TB. Having lots of pain reaction of fever / stomach vomiting. Now, another doctor said to stop the med for 3 days and to start another med. How safe is this change of medicine for a lady influenced TB.
