If you don’t have hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disease, or diabetes…try Anefrin (Oxymetazoline Hcl) nasal spray.

Plain Robitussin& Benydryl!( these together will not harm you)
Take as directed about 2 Tsp. of each.
Thse are Ok if you have hypertension etc…or if you dont.
If you have no other health problems—Yellow Triaminic is great as well.

Antihistamines like claratine are great for stopping sneezing and some of the congestion.

Eucalyptus oil or any of those lozengers like “anticol” (with menthol etc. in them) can clear your nose out and are good for short term relief.

    Afrin is good.

Also, Flonase if you can get a prescription.

But be careful–if you take too much Afrin, you can become dependent on it, so only use it for a couple days or so.

You best bet would actually be to try an antihistamine such as claritin or benadryl.
